RLE to Offchurch, 6 June 2018

This is an easterly ride with a bit of southerly thrown in. It was high summer so the extra milage wasn’t an issue. The day turned out to be warm and sunny so we were able to sit it the pub’s garden waving off the wasps. The pub is on the expensive side but the food and beer are good and the sunny benches added to the enjoyment of the occasion.

The route out included the Kenilworth greenway and the only tricky part of the return route was crossing the busy A452 between Cubbington and Leek Wootton. Otherwise the route included roads and lanes that were familiar to many.
