Shortbread

INGREDIENTS

MAKES: 10 pieces | PREP: 10 mins | COOK: 25 mins

  1. Pre-heat an oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until they come together.
  3. Knead lightly and roll out to the desired thickness on a baking tray.
  4. Mark into squares, fingers, shapes etc.
  5. Bake in the moderate oven for approx 15-25 minutes, depending on the thickness.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before breaking into pieces and storing in a tin.
