Thai Bananas
INGREDIENTS
- 12 fl. oz. coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 6 slightly under-ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 2 inch lengths

- Place the coconut milk, sugar and bananas into a pan, heat gently for about five minutes until the bananas are soft.
- Serve.
