Pork Steaks with Lemon Grass
INGREDIENTS
Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 lemongrass stalks, outer leaves removed and chopped finely.
- 4 spring onions chopped finely
- 2 tbsp. coconut milk
- 4 pork steaks
SERVES: 4 | PREP: 1 hour | COOK: 20 mins
- Place all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the pork and marinade for at least one hour.
- Grill the pork steaks until cooked to taste
