Maple Garlic Glazed Salmon

INGREDIENTS

* Put 1 or 2 garlic cloves in a jar, cover with oil and leave overnight before use.

SERVES: 2-3 | PREP: 10 mins | MARINADE: 30 mins | COOK: 20 mins

  1. Preheat an oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place the maple syrup, garlic infused oil and soy sauce in a bowl and mix together, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the salmon in a small glass baking dish and coat with the mixture.
  4. Place in a fridge to marinade for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the fridge and coat with either the red pepper or sesame seeds as desired.
  6. Place uncovered in the hot oven and bake for 20 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
