Day Rides

Day rides keep you fit! Well, mostly, along with other things like walking, swimming, salsa, singing; whatever takes your fancy. They don’t need to be all-day affairs, and apart from club rides that for me take place on Wednesdays, they are between one and half and four hours, 15 to 40 miles. Club rides are longer, up to 60 miles in summer but in winter certainly no more than 50.

Here are a collection of rides that I’ve led with my cycling club and the regular routes I follow during the week in an attempt to keep myself fit.
